batman arkham knight free dlc ps4 not installing

Also should I consider getting the PC version or just ♥♥♥♥ off and play the PS4 version

So my question is, if any of the above listed DLC is included let me know, and is the PC version still a buggy mess performance wise? I really don't understand the majority of DLC here not being included at all.

I can understand the Scarecrow Nightmare Missions and Playstation Exclusive Skins Pack not being on the steam version, but the rest of the DLC? After all store exclusive DLC contracts have ended and it's been long enough that the other DLC should be here why are they missing? So heres a list I've made of all the DLC included in the PS4 version that the PC version doesn't have. But I've noticed, now that the game should have all store exclusive DLC for each platform, the PC version is missing quite a few DLC's such as skins and batmobile stuff. So I've heard that the PC port is fixed, and since I have a decent PC now I have been wanting to pick this game up when it's on sale again. I have played through this game countless times on Ps4 with the seasons pass and playstation exclusive DLC.
